Edward the second was born in Exeter England in May 1611. Edward immigrated to Boston
in 1640. Edward married Mary Partridge in England. Edward and Mary had ten children.
In 1645 Edward set up a saw mill on the Muddy River which is noe known as Brookline Mass. In 1622 Edward was appointed as Clerk of Market, a position probably crearted to give the Muddy River representation in Boston Markets. From 1666 to 1683 he served as Surveyor of Highways. Edward died November 1 1694 qnd was buried in Wakefield Massachuetts in the "Old Burying
Ground" by the Congregational Church.
